I finialy did it......tide the knot to the most beautiful woman ive ever meet an just think we were freinds first now shes my wife an i have two wonderful children a 5 month old an a 16 year old it fills good to have a family again....so thats what makes me today an everyday

One of my oldest and dearest friends, Mike M., just called and sang "Happy Birthday" to me, ala Marilyn Monroe...and he's stopping over for some early birthday cheer. Michael's been my friend since 1981, and he's one of the reason's why it's cool to live where you grew up.

working with jude today - learning some new things, and while he was busily unaware, my admiration waxed.
I make lists, lots of lists. I like organization and planning MOST (not all) times, especially if I am going out of town. What made me smile today was running through my list once more, zipping my bag when I had everything packed, and then settling it behind the seat in my pick-up truck. I have a long drive after work, and I have horrible night vision, but the thought of spending the weekend with her, any amount of time with her really-- that's golden, priceless. She's showing me that just because my heart has a great number of scars, it's still valuable and precious. And she makes me smile frequently throughout the day with just a thought of her.
