4 Main key components for a excellent relationship..

Trust, Honesty, Respect, Main key factors to think about are Emotional and Physical safety..

If you have to be dishonest with someone and have to use a dishonest mechanism for safety then that is one of the key indicators and warning signs (RED FLAG) to not be with that person you're having to be dishonest with... Protecting your emotional and physical safety is not Dishonesty. It's protecting yourself from physical or emotional harm...

No they had a link you could access with resource links.. But if you try to access those links it gives a http error.. The sticky notes that are stuck to my forehead are reminders for what I need to do for work the next day..

I never thought of this....thank you....I keep finding myself in emotionally abusive relationships, constantly lying about silly stuff...what I ate, how much I spent, not because I am a liar, but because the sheer amount of judgement, and bitching is too much. Constant put downs, or talking down to me, making ME seem like the crazy one for having a problem with it......
    Again,
    Thank You
    Peace n Love
    thank you for this...
