This encompasses several people - my friend's grandmother is very ill - please bring them both comfort in their time of need; my roommate suffered yet another set back fighting cancer and I want to grant him the ability to mentally keep fighting and for his body to keep up with his mind; and finally for my friend and her entire family - may each day they have together be lasting memories and please comfort her and let her know she has people she can rely on and doesn't have to do it all herself.
I know so many people this year that have loved ones who are not well and if this includes you, my hopeful wish is that you and your family find comfort from the pain in each other and those who care about you.
It is easy to hate and it is difficult to love. This is how the whole scheme of things works. All good things are difficult to achieve; and bad things are very easy to get.

3. Our kitties, and how they know they're always safe and warm with us.
