Good Morning all!
I've been sick the last few days in bed, reading threads, thinking etc, and decided to write. I've been single for two years now, and I've decided to stick my head out and say hello and get more active in my love life again. I've decided to start dating. I'm going to a great camp-out at Lake San Antonio, Ca in May. That will be my first big gathering in a long time. I haven't even really dated in two years. I have my picture and stuff all over the love sites but never really persued it much. Now I'm thinking it is time. I'm also going to the San Francisco Bash (my first ever). We have a large lesbian population around here and we have fun, but my favorites are the camp-outs. You can get to know people a little better while camping. Is anyone from here going to the Lake San Antonio Campout? There were around 200 last year I think they said, and I had a great time.
I guess this is my way of confirming that I'm coming out of the stay at home lifestyle, and gonna get out more and interact with others. I haven't been very active on this web-site for about two years, and don't really know anyone anymore from here. So, I'm introducing myself again, and hoping to make friends/connections.

Helping you find love is no burden at all. It will just take time. As for choosing wrong again, well it could happen. That is what we risk when we are open to love. I'm just going to try and help see it doesn't happen to you again.

OK I have to assume that being single for 14 years is by choice. You are a good looking butch and there is no reason that I can see that you should be single for 14 years. Now before you answer, just know, I am holding the 2X4 in my right hand.

Well some of it for sure by choice, some due to working night shift, some due to the fact that I am oblivious to a woman flirting with me, (that's where the 2x4 would come in or so my friends say).....but nonetheless I am ready for this streak to end....

Now I don't feel so bad... my apron has been draped over the back of the kitchen chair and only used for the huge breakfast feast at the Geo-Caching event in 29 Palms almost a month ago...

Yes.. waking up in the mornings no fun.. but what I think I miss most is the curling up at night next to someone and cuddling just before sleep. Rolling over in the middle of the night to realize you never stopped touching. And yes dinners would be nice.

Still single but am happy to just walk this path until I find the right one to walk with.

Yes it is. Usually when I cook it's just for myself. Typically something in a large enough batch to have as leftovers for the entire week. Other than rare or occasional different opportunities (like having people visit or visiting them) it's how my life has been for the past 8 years.

It's funny Kalila..This is what I miss the most too. Talking quietly in the dark about the day and holding each other just before sleep. Watching a movie together curled up on the couch. Talking about the day ahead while we both get ready for work. Spending an hour around the table with the family as we eat our dinner and all share the day. Today is hard!!!

Actually Chef, That is not a bad idea. I just moved into a rental home and have these things to do that I can't do by myself. Like for example, I have a shelf I want to put up and I can't hold it and use the drill on it at the same time. I have some heavy pictures to hang and to scared to do it by myself. I can't get the dryer vent to stay on the back of the dryer and the plastic covering on the ceiling in the garage is coming down and I can't find my staple gun. I am having a day and could use someone to come over to my house and help me.

Can we start a rent a butch or a rent an almost butch. At this point in time, I don't really care who helps me!!!
