The jilted wife forced out of her house.
She spent the first day packing her belongings into boxes, crates and suitcases.
On the second day, she had the movers come and collect her things.
On the third day, she sat down for the last time at their beautiful dining room table by candlelight, put on some soft background music, and feasted on a pound of shrimp, a jar of caviar, and a bottle of Chardonnay.
When she had finished, she went into each and every room and deposited a few half-eaten shrimp shells, dipped in caviar, into the hollow of the curtain rods.
She then cleaned up the kitchen and left.
When the husband returned with his new girlfriend, all was bliss for the first few days. Then slowly, the house began to smell. They tried everything; cleaning and mopping and airing the place out. Vents were checked for dead rodents, and carpets were steam cleaned. Air fresheners were hung everywhere.
Exterminators were brought in to set off gas canisters, during which they had to move out for a few days, and in the end they even paid to replace the expensive wool carpeting. Nothing worked.
People stopped coming over to visit... Repairmen refused to work in the house...The maid quit... Finally, they could not take the stench any longer and decided to move.
A month later, even though they had cut their price in half, they could not find a buyer for their stinky house. Word got out, and eventually, even the local realtors refused to return their calls.
Finally, they had to borrow a huge sum of money from the bank to purchase a new place.
The ex-wife called the man, and asked how things were going. He told her the saga of the rotting house.
She listened politely, and said that she missed her old home terribly, and would be willing to reduce her divorce settlement in exchange for getting the house back...
Knowing his ex-wife had no idea how bad the smell was, he agreed on price that was about 1/10th of what the house had been worth...But only if she were to sign the papers that very day.
She agreed, and within the hour, his lawyers delivered the paperwork.
A week later, the man and his new girlfriend stood smirking as they watched the moving company pack everything to take to their new home....including the curtain rods.

...today i came to perfectly understand why and how people can reach a point where they lose it and go "postal"...
...Today i attended a sentencing hearing with my son...in which the arrangements solidified by his signature on a court order one month ago...were to be formally sentenced and he subsequently remanded into custody not for crimes he is by law NOT guilty of...but for in their exact words..."because he would be sent to prison for the crimes the "PD" claims she believes he is not guilty of by a a harsher judge taking over the seat, and would be done a favoe by this judge and guaranteed "county incarceration" if he just agreed to plead guilty"
a difference of accepting 11 months, and three felony convictions including one felony strike...OR risk losing a trial to this new "Harsh" judge and almost being guaranteed 9 years in a State Prison for the same crimes he is not guilty of...
Coersion and Intimidation of a child with a spotless record by those who have vowed to protect his rights AT ITS FINEST...
Until TODAY...after a total of 20 years..in the legal arena in various ways...having been married to a felon repeat criminal for a period of that time in which among other things a DA tried to intimidate/threaten me into "blatantly lying" under oath in order to ace her DV charge against my estranged husband with pathetic justifications, and working as a court assistant to the DA for 9 years...i thought i had seen every form of corruption there was where i wittnessed all my suspicions and what i hoped to be paranoid fears...validated like a bad porno within 2 hours time...in which
*a Public Defender blatantly lied..about advising my son to plead guilty to a charge he is not guilty of...when i sat in meeting after meeting hearing her do so while claiming the "Judge" was risking his position to advise her on why it was in Justin's best interests...and failing to inform him of his right to plead "no contest" in place of "guilty" among other things...
*A Judge...who after being informed that Justin was requesting a 4 week continuance for sentencing in order to manage his affairs and having several serious family crisis' including the loss of his sister to a "professional environment, his family being displaced, and his grandmother having a serious surgery tomorrow...ABUSE his power by using scare tactics, legal blackmail, humiliation, and pure BULLSHIT to pressure, intimidate, threaten, and coerce, my son by saying...ON RECORD:
"You know i tried to do what i thought was something to help you, but am now reading a probation report in which i am convinced you have no remorse and refuse to take responsibility for these crimes...and whether or not someone interfered with your ability to drive safely by jumping in the front seat and pushing you against the door (which Mr Judge claimed at the prelim he felt every wittness including that one lied to protect him) so..i want you to sit and think about it for a few minutes...because i will not sentence you until say to me and this court: i am guilty of these crimes and the the accident and the injuries are a direct result of my being intoxicated...i am fully responsible"
( now i know why...i cant even go into all the ways they have fabricated a case they cannot legally justify or take to trial...with anything more than a police report drowning in concflicting and unprovable evidence...and illegaly obtained evidence...unless he willingly says "I'm guilty" which they thought they had aced until today...AND THAT is ONLY THE first layer of corruption)
SO...my son...in all of his 20 yrs...refused to lay his own head on the chopping block...stood firm for the continuance..got sentenced (to totally diferent charges now mind you)
and i took my sons hand and we walked out of the courtroom having now takin on the biggest fight we may ever face...with no idea what we will do to pull a miracle out of our asses in 4 weeks...BUT
for the first time since this began ....we walked out with our moral fiber, and dignity intact...refusing to sell our souls and claim to have done something that was not done...for a guaranteed ass fucking behind door number two...simply because they have bluffed a Royal Flush with the level of legitamacy of smoke and mirrors and an abuse of power...
oh they will probably win...but i will be damned if they will also get the perk of us bending over and saying please.. simply because we dont have the money to pay the bully who threatens to beat us up if we dont suck ass to his extortion tactics...if im goin to get fucked in the ass either way..i rather the dignity of makin em work for it goddamnit

The three wise men were wearing firemen's helmets.
Totally unable to come up with a reason or explanation, I left. At a "Quik Stop" on the edge of town, I asked the lady behind the counter about the helmets. She exploded into a rage, yelling at me, "You darn Yankees never do read the Bible!"
I assured her that I did, but simply couldn't recall anything about firemen in the Bible.
She jerked her Bible from behind the counter and ruffled thru some pages, and finally jabbed her finger at a passage. Sticking it in my face she said "See, it says right here, 'The three wise men came from afar'."

Even my own lawyer thought i should admit to something that wasn't true. ANd he waited until 5 mins before sentencing to say it! I said, I draw the line there, throw me in jail but I won't admit to what I did not do.
*whew* FemN stand strong, the justice system has cracks a mile wide and good people fall thru them! You caught him in time! I know you'll find a good lawyer to help you out! My thoughts are with you!
