Sebastian is in Indian River County. It's an almost centrally located East coast county and just a couple of counties down and over from where I lived for roughly 20 years...Lake county.

Broward's nice too. Butterfly World is soooo beautiful. It was a bit too far South for me to be comfy, though, with hurricanes, etc. But the East coast tends to not get smacked as hard as the West coast with storms. If you enjoy thunderstorms, there are not many things as beautiful as watching a storm in the ocean, with the lightning striking the water in sizzling bursts. So pretty.

Florida is much cheaper than your area. I moved to the PNW from there and felt immediate sticker shock on EVERYTHING. It's 30-50% more expensive up here than there.

Yes, i am, i have to move because DC is just getting way to expensive for me and the furbabies. i love it here but. My mom lives in SC so i'd be closer and my best friend for years lives in FL...with my grandma not here anymore and the economy the way it is, i can't see a reason to stay....besides i have alot of really cute summer clothes and shoe's

People haven't been the issue for me today. The machines have ganged up on my office and are rebelling. I'm nearly ready to retrieve my rubber mallet from my trunk and do some permanent damage. Nearly. Having to explain how a few machines suddenly became a hundred pieces of machines is not something I wish to endure.
