Galant I am still learning the art of mastering cheesecake. This one is a pumpkin cheesecake. I just hope the springform pan didn't leak in the water bath or it will all be for naught. Snickerdoodles are sort of a cross between shortbread and sugar cookies. Coated wiht a somewhat crackletop cinnamon sugar coating, crunchy and delicate on the outside soft and a teensy bit chewy on the inside.
