A quick cake update. I did make the cake and frost it! I thought it was going to turn out pretty good! I got all the way to Alabama, and almost passed up my hotel, so I put the brakes on kinda hard to make a u-turn, and the cake flew out of the back seat, the lid came off, and it got wedged under the passenger seat.
It was somewhat salvageable.
I almost made it!!!

OMG! Hi Everyone! I hate going to the airport...you drive around in circles waiting for someone.....The plane was an hour late...they had to get de-iced a second time in Minniapolis!
