I see nothing wrong with it. I'm having frozen lasagna for dinner for two reasons.

1. Its cold and I don't want to go to the store.
2. I can crank up the oven to fix it and warm my bones at the same time.

Alright, so Andy and I want to catch the Rodin exhibit before it leaves on the 4th of January. So January 2nd is the only non-holiday that I won't be working sometime :1eye:, so that's when we are going with the boy. We will probably do lunch or dinner too.

Yep, I saw Rodin in Memphis years ago and fell in love with his sculpting. His paintings are okay, but the sculptures are awesome!

There is a brand-new nightclub called Miss Ollie's (www.missollies.com) that is *fantastic* and while they do not advertise as GLBT (to not scare off the straights) they most definitely are a GLBT club.

Romanticwriterboi - I live in Memphis and will be happy to email you links of stuff (clubs, bars, the GLBT community center, etc.) if you like.

We're hosting a Butch-Femme Memphis Social in January (http://www.butch-femme.com/portal/forums/showthread.php?t=34908 is the thread) and I think it will be on the last Sunday, which is the 25th. We have an agenda worked out to present to the folks who attend to get ideas and suggestions, etc. of what everyone wants. After the insanity of the holidays is over I'll be looking for a decent restaurant for our Social.

I don't think any of us are really young. I am 45. But we are a Butch-Femme couple.

They cancelled school beacsue Davidson county is huge and as of this morning there was a lot of ice on the road in outlying areas. School starts at 7 in many cases, so the sun had not melted yet.

I am so damn glad its Friday!

Well Mizz Pink...my wife & I are 54 <just shy of old as dirt..lol>, & we live in Tuscaloosa, AL so we're about 4 hrs drive from y'all....I /we have a dear friend in Nashville that we'll be coming to visit in Jan. so maybe we could hook up with several of your group then....I have NO problem with B/F couples...lol....God knows...it's just that the FTM dynamic adds a difference which is why it would be cool to meet some couples like us is all...but hey...the more friends & accquaintances the better right?
