Happy Friday!!!! Only a few more hours!

WOW...U all have been busy today!!! ;)

I had a check-up today with my orthopedic specialist :D :D I got a good report...I am allowed to go out without the sling now...He suggested if I am in a LARGE crowd of people to use it at least for the next few weeks...He gave me the (y) to start strengthening it...The therapist was able to work me in after my appointment...And we started strengthening it today...I am a lil sore right now 8o| 8o| The doctor gave me the (y) to start swimming too...He told me not to do freestyle for a few weeks (he suggested the breast stroke and then just working my arm in the water). (y) (y)

What a magnificent gathering! The company could not have been more fabulous...lol, and that includes the fur kids! What a magnificent gathering! The company could not have been more fabulous...lol, and that includes the fur kids! Spent the day with a friend I have known since we were 15 yrs old..damn time flies,,already been to Sea World,,went to a bofire in Mission bay with some of the B-F people,, Rhon & Chris were there..tomorrow goin into Anaheim for the day and thursday getting together with a friend I have known since I was 7 yrs old,,lol,,and thur night getting together with a friend I have known since she was in her mamam's womb,,Im gonna be tired bythe time I go home,,friday prolly meeting with more b-f- people at night and sat at my bro's and come back sunday...lol..needless to say I am keeping busy ! I will need a vacation from my vacation ! And I have to come back in July for my aunt's 80th bday :s
