Ok. The Arcade should be up. We're limited on games for now (looks at PapaC for this...). And to answer questions:

- everyone should have permissions to play and start tournaments.
- existing high scores have not been deleted
- the issue with the lines -- specific to IE -- should be resolved. If you run into other issues, please let us know
- controls are usually arrow keys and space bar (usually for firing at things)
- lag may be due to your wireless. It is a Flash app so if you have something less than optimal your experience may very.

Hey folks, we're receiving a few reports on lost money in Blackjack.

We believe this may be due to the fact that people are pressing "Deal" multiple times.

Please be sure to press DEAL once and wait for the game. My personal suggestion is: watch your money... if there really is nothing happening after say... 30 seconds, then press deal again.

Wait for the game, ahead of rapid clicking.

Also, I'm putting a sticky on this thread so please feel free to continue to post here about continuing issues, new glitches/bugs you encounter.

PM's are also welcomed.

More likely that the server is overly busy. Don't be too impatient with the system. If it doesn't reply immediately, leave the game your playing and return.

Well, for Texas hold 'em you have to join. For the others, the tournament isn't played directly against another. You play yours and whoever has highest score wins. We don't have any true multiplayer arcade games yet (unless PapaC has uploaded something).

Hrmm.. Ok. I'm gonna ask PapaC if he can investigate. I would suggest using bets lower than 100 to limit any impact that delays in the server may cause on the casino. I'm pondering that this might be a side-effect of server load as well as game load.

For both Primo and Merrick, what browser are you using and what version (you can see this by going to Help --> About <browser>

Ok. Not browser specific but rather odd. What I'd say for now is when submitting a score for that game put it in the comments.

Its never let me record a comment since my first "win" ..that recorded as 0
I have definitely done better since, and still didn't record

This is a big hello and thanks to Linus and Papa Chris for all your work keeping the arcade and casino going. Big smooches to you both. I really enjoy it. I hang out in the arcade at least an hour every day (never been in to arcade games before till now) Generally I have no problems (except for no rules). Tetris is killing me, but that's MY fault, LOL

I have had some problems with Free Cell Solitaire, however. The top scorer shows a score of 265. I think that score is an error. I have won the game many times and have never gone over 260, nor have any of the other high scorers on that game. So then time becomes the issue - who can finish in the shorted time. I have been sitting at spot number 53 for quite a while now. I have had lower times than many other folks above me, but I seem stuck in this spot. I just finished a game a few minutes ago at 8.41 minute, but that time did not show up. This is just a little tiney irritation in my life, but if you two handsome dudes could figure it out, I would appreciate it.

That happened to me about a month ago on Mahjong Connect. I got the high score and then the "cannot display that page" thing came up. I was NOT happy. I'm over it now. I just started playing the game again.

Wed night is backup night. This will affect the server response. Try to avoid playing on Wed night as this is when this kind of event is most likely to happen.

Yes, you didn't mention losing any casino cash.Everytime this freeze up happens to me (after I have placed a bet)I have to log off of BF and when I reutrn,whatever I've bet is gone.

Yes, the same thing happens to me. I place my bet, the game freezes, and I have to click out of the casino (but I don't have to log off BF), Then when I go back to the casino, whatever I've bet is lost.

I've noticed that it happens more in the evenings when it's busier here, but it happens to me when I play during the day also.

Your score won't be stored in Database because the Arcade only saves users top score per Game.

I'm still having the same problem with free cell that I posted about July 30th. I printed out the scores this time so you could see what I mean. Also the highest player stands at 265, which, again, I don't think is possible. I know you have lots more importnt things to do in your lives, but do you think there might be a solution to this problem? I REALLY LOVE PLAYING FREE CELL!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!

When you're playing that game and you don't have any shuffles left, but the tiles need to reset, the game ends. Resetting the tiles to a new config takes a shuffle, so if you've not got any left, you're done.

It's tied to your hints; you start the game with six. You can find out how many you've got at the bottom right corner of the game.
