BASH 2002 IN PROVINCETOWN UPDATE: It's a big crowd
of Butches and Femmes headed toward Cape Cod's Provincetown, MA
the weekend of Oct. 18-20. We are all getting to know one another
throught the PTown mailing list on Butch-Femme.com. Official events
include a get-acquainted dinner, whale-watching, a Prom, and a
bonfire on the beach. Our event coincides with Women's Week in
this charming sea-side village, a trans-friendly haven for every
description of queer. We have started a mailing list and web page
about the PTown Bash, and created space in the Forum for discussion.
With the economy so unsure, we don't want finances to keep anyone
from attending, so please holler if you can offer sleeping space.

NIGHT IN DALLAS HALLOWEEN: The
weekend of Oct. 25-27, join the Dallas crew for a very informal
crazy Halloween costume street party we've dubbed the Scorpio
Slut Night and Lost Halloween Weekend. Friday night, we will don
our over-the-top gay apparel and meet in the reserved back room
of a witchy little lounge uptown. There will be drink specials
and munchies just for us. Saturday night, we'll set up shop in
the middle of the gay district of Cedar Springs to enjoy the famous
Halloween Street Party. Help Rhon and Chris and the other Scorpios
celebrate birthdays. There will be cake and refreshments at the
street party, as well as drinks from vendors at the event. Love

We are doing Butch Hunk and Femme Diva Calendars for 2003! THE
DEADLINE IS SEPT 20, 2003. We are not holding a beauty contest
here, but we are looking for interesting, good-quality photos
of Butches and Femmes. Take several rolls and try different lighting
techniques. Involve creative friends and have fun with it. Help
support the site by getting involved. We'll be printing and delivering
